Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We will ship out your order on the next business day from the day you placed the order. If you place the order on Saturday, we will ship out on Monday.

​

Upon your order confirmation, shipping label will be created on the same day. Once shipping label created, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In case of damaged package, please contact us at support@siamchili.com  immediately so we will file a claim to the carrier. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may make a request for a return within 14 days after receiving the products. Please follow the steps below.

 

  1. To make a request, please write us at support@siamchili.com with the following information: 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

   

   2. Upon receiving your request, our Customer Service will reply to your  email with the returning address.​

​

   3. Ship the returned items to designated address at your expenses.

​

   4. Upon receiving the items, we will notify you that we've received your return. If the returned items are in good or same condition, we will make a refund on your original payment method. For partial return, we will refund the cost for the returned items proportionately. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

​

Time to refund may depend on the policy of your bank or credit card company.

​

Your return is not refundable if the returned item(s) are open or partially used, or not in the good condition or are damaged.
