No. The Tom Yum Soup Set does not contain any preservatives.

The Tom Yum Soup Set has a shelf life of as least 1 year. However, we recommend using the soup set before the date of expiration.

Ingredients in each package is portioned for 2 1/2 cups of water (550 ml or 20 Fl. Oz.). This amount of water is enough to make a medium size of Tom Yum hot pot.

The spicy level of the Tom Yum soup is at a medium level. If you prefer your soup less spicy, add small amounts of the chili paste that comes in the soup set until your desire spicy level or add more water.

All of our products are produced and manufactured in Thailand by local farmers.
