How long is the shelf life of the Tom Yum Set?

The Tom Yum Soup Set has a shelf life of as least 1 year. However, we recommend using the soup set before the date of expiration.
What is the level of the spicy flavor?

The spicy level of the Tom Yum soup is at a medium level. If you prefer your soup less spicy, add small amounts of the chili paste that comes in the soup set until your desire spicy level or add more water.
